We decided we want to bring back our traveling blog for this road trip! Our plan is to post a brief overview of what we've been up to for the past few days or week, with lots of pictures and fewer words. Sometimes, one of us might want to spend a bit more time writing about certain experiences in a journaling format. When we do this, we'll link to the journal entry in the relevant blog post. We hope you enjoy following along with our travels :) Day 1 (July 25, 2021) [ Journal entry by Monisha ] We hit the road in our Rav4 named Blue and drove a solid 7.5 hours to our first campsite of the trip. The campsite is near Crater Lake, and is actually a winter sno park that is open year round. It was lovely, and free! We cooked a dinner of Shin Ramen with broccoli and eggs. After we finished dinner, a couple of fellow campers walked by and struck up a conversation.
